Therapy Painting (Diabat, Essaouira)

For this special workshop, a local Berber artist will guide you to calm your thoughts and focus more on your feelings. He will give you some techniques on how to start sketching your firsts lines and how to get into that feeling of freedom of expression that you had when you were a child. The purpose is to allow you to see and feel clearly the environment around, and translate those feeling into colors and forms. This painting session is more about expression than perfection, it is not about technic. The workshop can start with 5 to 10 minutes meditation if you like, than you can draw following your feelings in Aziz's artist studio in the quiet Diabat, he will guide you throughout the whole process. At the end of the workshop, you can enjoy your feeling of peace and take with you your piece of art.

Diabat is a local village in close proximity of Essaouira, you can get there by taxi in few minutes from Essaouira.
