Part 1: The Hike from Chefchaouen to a Jebala Village

Your day starts in the heart of the Blue City, where you will meet your private, expert guide. The hike begins with an ascent offering breathtaking views over Chefchaouen before leading you deep into the verdant landscapes of the Talassemtane National Park. Your guide, a specialist in the region, will share intimate knowledge of the local Jebala culture and the unique nature of the Rif mountains.

Part 2: The Cheesemaking Workshop with Mohamed

After the invigorating walk, your immersion continues at a farmstead in the local village of Talassemtane National Park. Here, you will be warmly welcomed by Mohamed for a hands-on goat cheese making workshop. You'll learn the traditional gestures, from milking the goat to tasting the fresh, delicious cheese. It is the perfect reward after your hike, a moment of authentic sharing in a spectacular natural setting.
