Personal or Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive personal or travel insurance coverage before their trip. In the absence of travel insurance, we recommend checking your existing bank or home insurance policies, as some may include free coverage for personal, travel or civil liability insurance.
If you choose not to have any insurance coverage, please be aware that you will assume full responsibility for any associated costs, losses, or damages that may arise.
Responsibility and Liability
Morocco Unfiltered and its local partners act solely as intermediaries between customers and service providers. We cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, delay, irregularity, or additional expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, theft, quarantine, or any other force majeure event. Customers participate in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
Minors
For their safety and in accordance with local laws, minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for all our activities with Morocco Unfiltered.
Local Laws and Customs
As visitors to Morocco, it is your responsibility to respect and comply with local laws and customs. In particular, we draw your attention to Article 490 of the Moroccan Penal Code, which infers that unmarried couples, where at least one person is a Moroccan citizen, cannot share accommodation or sleep together. Proof of marriage (marriage contract) may be required upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation by contacting us directly at You can receive a refund minus 25% of the total booking price if you cancel at least 30 days before the reserved experience date. In the case of later cancellations, due to logistical reasons such as accommodation reservations and worker compensation, we will be unable to proceed with the refund.
In case of risk due to weather conditions, organizational reasons, or any other factors that may jeopardize your safety, we may need to modify or cancel your activity. You will be directly informed in advance in such cases. You will receive a total refund in the event of a cancellation on our part.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all text, images, photographs, and logos on our website are protected by intellectual property rights. Any partial or total use, reproduction, or download of our website content is strictly prohibited, except for private copying for personal, non-commercial purposes. Violation of this clause may result in legal action and the payment of damages for copyright infringement or related offenses.
